# Medicare and Plasmaphresis

I have read about the difficulty some have had getting IVIG paid for by Medicare. IVIG doesn’t work for me so I have to do Plasmaphresis which is even more costly than IVIG. When I retire I will be on Medicare. Does anyone have experience with Medicare paying for Plasmaphresis? Thanks
