Stem Cells Harvested From Adipose Tissue

My PCP emailed this website to me. There may be a treatment option here for us so please take a look at the following and post your thoughts/experiences (especially the doc here). Thank you.

From the site:

New research developments indicate that stem cells derived from fat (adipose tissue) are far more effective in fighting disease than cells harvested from bone marrow. See article below.

A couple of members on other communities have tried this treatment, Rev. Mark. This certainly raises cause for concern, though: http://www.abc.net.au/7.30/content/2014/s4089015.htm

This is also relevant: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/09/10/health/stem-cell-treatments-overt...

Basically, if this treatment is tried, you are probably operating without a safety net, the practitioners may not have appropriate expertise, the cells may be dead, and there may be safety concerns. I don't think I would be rushing out to try it...

Thank you Madere for your reply. There is much valuable information in it and I agree with you that I will be in no hurry to try it. I copied your reply and emailed it to my PCP. When he replies, I will post it here. Once again, thank you.

Blessings!
