# Surgery for Facial paralysis for GBS

Im recovering from GBS (5/12/15) paralyzed  
from head to Toe. Spent 2 months in the Hospital. (90% recovered except my face). still cant smile, forehead not much movement. I’m looking into facial surgery. Had a consultation with the Dr who corrected Mary Jo Butafuco’s smile. (Selected Nerolysis)  
Meeting with a team of Dr’s this week at NYU Langone who did the Facial transplant last year.  
Has anybody looked into facial microsurgery to correct facial paralysis?
