I am 74 with CMT. I still drive but stay off interstates. I have to drive automatics as my left foot won’t push in a clutch pedal.
I had to trade in my little, low to the ground, sports car for a easier to get in and out of, automatic, small SUV. If I drive longer than about 20 minutes my arm starts to hurt, then gets all numb and tingly. So, I carry Lidoderm patches around with me, and just slap one on, then I’m good to go.
