Does the tingling, numbing get worse before it gets better?

That’s what he said but I really could not tell the difference between nerve destruction and nerve regeneration. It did get better though so that’s how I knew it was regeneration. I had a good EMG too so I felt like I had a good chance to get better. Are you seeing a good neurologist?

I was told that the burning is the nerve’s regenerating as well, I have this burning down both legs top and bottom of bot feet. It used to be just at night now it is all the time.

itmis because of the electro magnetic current produced by the phone… Take a look at at a product called Q-Link clear. I have used this on my phone for about a year and it seem to help.

Even though I’m walking better , my feet are so bad with the numbing and burning sensation, I d know what to do. Every time I use my cell phone(iPhone) the tingling in my hands gets so much worse for some reason. I don’t get it

She’s prett good, I won’t see her again until January. The week after I got out the hospital, I saw her and she said I was looking pretty good and my reflexes came back too

I also get it constantly. Sometimes worse than others but I am getting stronger. I’m looking forward to exercising again… as soon as I feel better and I get rid of this sinus infection and bad cold. I just finished my antibiotics today.

Thanks, I’m going to order it. My hands go crazy every time I’m on my phone which it’s a lot

I've been using that word overdrive for the passed 20 years...the nerve damage is done and maybe somewhere out there is a cure to coat the nerves back to being normal. But unfortunately for me it got worse with age. It was almost like at 17 when I was diagnosed with GBS and was completely paralyzed I started getting better and the body just starts the healing process but where does it say enough? From personal experience, all I can tell you is keep a pace where you are not over exerting yourself. You will notice that unlike the person next to you on the treadmill, you can keep up at a stronger pace but the price you pay for that workout is more than the person who never had nerve damage. You know that sensation others get when they workout? "The Burn!"...you will have it even more because of what your body has gone through. Talk to your doctor but stay in Yoga and light water sports.

Thanks, I’m taking it super easy because I have overdone it with walking and I paid the price for that
