Ben’s Friends is a collaborative, supportive community in which you will likely meet/interact with others with a similar story as yours. I am sorry to hear of your recent diagnosis but hope that the supportive community will provide some comfort or offer you new friends to share your triumphs and battles with! 
You summed it up well: “slow and stead ‘wins’ the race!” This is a marathon, not a sprint, and it’s great that you recognize that. Welcome again, and we look forward to getting to know you!
