Reoccurring Numbness

I have been doing more activity (working an extra day, jogging a little) and have had some reoccurring numbness in the outer part of my left foot. I can still walk on it but it feels pretty weird. It's worse in the morning but I don't notice it as much later as I am up on it. I know it's related to all of this because I have the twitching and buzzing in my feet and legs. My legs are also stiff, sore and don't work as well some mornings when I wake up. It's like I had a hard work out at times but I may not have done anything the day before. I don't feel very resilient and it's been over a year.

I have the same issues with both of my feet. I compare it to walking on golf balls. The sensation / burning is such an uncomfortable, odd feeling but usually after a day or two it goes away. The best I can recommend is keeping your foot propped up on a pillow - 20 minutes on / 20 minutes off for as long as you need to feel a bit better. I know how frustrating this can be but please keep your head up and if you ever need to talk I'm always around!

I get the same feeling in both feet. Mine doesn’t go away though. The feeling in my toes haven’t completely come back yet. I can also attest to the numbness in the mornings. Both my hands and feet feel as if they’ve gone to sleep and it does subside throughout the day. The soreness though, as you have described is very real! In the mornings I am so stiff and sore I can barely walk to the bathroom when I get out of bed. But thankfully as the day goes on it loosens a little. The bright side is that we are here! And getting better! May your recovery be continued, steady and rapid! Blessings
