I really admire your extraordinary drive and accomplishment, and am so sorry to know that you have had to go through hip replacements so young! I've helped my mom through a broken hip, and my late mother in law through hip replacement, and learned enough to know I don't want to go through anything like it!
I don't think I would survive in a nursing home, even for several weeks, but I guess in the end, we do what we have to!
I watched the documentaries on the football players, and most recently the one about Namath. His was the knee replacements. but these guys did not have CMT!
I hope that PT and OT will get you to a good place with this latest new hip and hope that you will soon be all the better for having it done.
