Did anybody get the "zaps"?

that's the question

I assume you mean EMG.

I got zapped twice about 3 months apart.

By zaps do you mean a random stabbing pain out of the blue?

like zaps down your spine

like at the end healing stages of gbs?

Yes,I get zapped in the upper portion of my spine and in the big toe and the one next to it several times a day

yeah, i've been getting it for the past couple of months, it was pretty severe for awhile but is seems to be subsiding. It's pretty wild, it's makes the back of my head sore but then everything starts working better, like things come "back online", it's weird, like everything is working in reverse

Im buzzing everywhere my muscles are being used, right now im sitting at the computer using my arms and torso muscles, so they feel like they're plugged into an electrical socket. If I got up to move around the room, My legs and torso would be buzzing.

or do you mean an Nerve conduction/velocity test? where the neurologist zaps your muscle with an electric pen-like device to see the rate that the electrical impulse travels down to the foot leads? Yes, I just had the second one done. The first wasnt as painful maybe because I'd gotten worse and thats why the second hurt so bad (as was true for the needle EMG too).

If you mean the feeling like parts of your body are being electrocuted, then yes! I had the zaps in my feet and my legs would jump. It was painful and annoying, but it eventually went away for me, and it helped me to view this as my feel healing. Each time it happened I just imagined that my feet were testing out all the healing nerves to figure out how to make my feet function properly again!
