I myself have problems with sleep even I am tired, exhausted.
My Doctors have worked with me for years with different supplements, and medicines to get me and keep me asleep. Either Xanaflex or Ambien are the only ones that seem to work for me. Problem is, sometimes you still feel 'dragged out' or 'hung over' the next day! Hard to find a balance!

I am usually awake until 4 am or later, then I sleep til almost noon. Having morning appts is a nightmare.
Oh I know bg, I try my hardest NEVER to be scheduled in the morning!
