I do and felt signs of improvement on pain management on my lower back down to my soles. TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) and EMS (Electrical muscle stimulation) have helped me go through the daily discomfort of cramp and cold feelings on my legs often during late afternoon till wee hours of the morning. I learned about this stimulator when I was still going through physio-therapy sessions. Commonly sold separately however I found an EMS/TENS combo model, a japanese brand, as stated in the ad, but actually was made in China (not surprised). Bought it for $70 inclusive of delivery. I have been using it regularly for a week now and really like the feeling of my nerves' activity and electrical massage of my muscles at the same time.

I hope it works for me as it works for you.I will let you in a few weeks. I am at the point where I will try anything. So here's hoping. Shirl
I usually use it after dinner while watching TV or while working on my computer before going to bed. I stick the pads on sensitive areas like my lower back between the lumbar area, behind or top of my knee, pelvic area, my soles ..etc. use it parallel (example one pad on the left knee and the other on the right). good luck!

I got my Tems & Ems and use it every day. The other night the top of my feet felt like they were very badly sunburnt, and since then when I walk (or even lift my feet and put them down gently) it feels like vibrations all over the soles. It gets worse as the day is ending and into the night. It is driving me mad. Before this started to happen I felt like I was wearing foam rubber shoes.I would appreciate any comments.
I think the Tens would help me with my extreme back pain. I'll have to talk to my doctor about this. Gary
The directions on the tens unit I bought said not to use for a nerve disorder. Sent it back. I thought that if an analogy of cidp demylenating nerves is frayed wires with no sheathing, why put electric current to frayed wiring. You’re gonna get a short circuit.
